When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile image as provided by Google. When you run an analysis, we store the resume text, job listing text, and the generated assessment results. We also log your IP address for rate limiting purposes (3 analyses per day).
Your resume and job listing text are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for parsing and assessment, and to Google (Gemini) for AI exposure analysis. These services process your data under their respective API terms, which prohibit training on API inputs. We may analyze anonymized, aggregated usage patterns to improve the service.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, which encrypts data at rest. All connections use SSL/TLS encryption. We do not sell, share, or provide your individual data to third parties beyond the AI services described above.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. This permanently removes your resumes, job listings, opportunities, and profile information. If you have questions about your data, contact us at ahumanflourish@gmail.com.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
